John and Linda owned and operated an award winning KOA park in Northern California for 12 years. Prior to purchasing their park, they were both in corporate customer service businesses. They learned early on that the best way to keep a customer is to treat them well. After selling their park they went to work for KOA Corporate as park inspectors and consultants. They traveled to over 100 parks in the West, Southwest and Canada. They were eager to get back in the "people" business, so when the opportunity to manage the Mystic property came up they were happy to take on the challenge. "This is one of KOAs' newest parks and we know we can make a difference here. We have made several improvements already, including adding some beautiful Deluxe Patio RV and Lodge Sites," John and Linda said. "Mystic KOA is in a beautiful setting and we hope to continue to take this park to the next level in amenities as well as guest services each year."
